We’re seeking a digital product designer who is self-driven, passionate and ambitious. We're looking for someone with the ability to go from the "big picture" view of a user experience right down to the "close-up" level of pixels and micro-interactions.

We're excited to work with someone who is proactive, highly motivated and comfortable in a rapidly growing company seeking to make a real impact on the world.

🌏 Shaping the design direction for hundreds of thousands of medics around the world using MedAll.

👌 Using mockups and prototypes to test ideas before breathing life into those ideas with final UI designs

💡 Evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product and engineering

🤩 Deeply caring about our users journey, using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

❤️ Making a real difference by heading up our style, tone and image

Experience comes in many forms and passion goes a long way. If your background is close to what we are looking for, please consider applying even if you can’t check every box

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, visual proficiency and methodical UI work
• Excellent eye for UI and Visual balance
• Proficiency with current industry standard design and collaboration tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Protopie, Principle…)
• You enjoy prototyping
• You’re proactive at seeking feedback and explaining designs to engineers, product managers and other designers
• You’re willing to build MedAll Design culture with us

As a bonus, we’d love it if you had experience in:

• Fast-paced environments and product based companies (mobile or web)
• Any experience working on products in the video, event or live streaming space would be a plus
