We're seeking a bold, analytical, and creative Head of Growth. The mission of your role is to supercharge the number of organisations and healthcare professionals who are benefiting from MedAll. If you understand the value of data, thrive on experimentation, and you believe the world is your oyster, we would encourage you to apply.You will report to the CEO and will be focused on B2B and B2C expansion of our core product alongside an Engine of Growth. You’ll experiment with numerous channels and continue to hone our already-rapid product-led-growth. You will bring together our various experiments and initiatives under one strategy, consolidate our reporting, and anchor our engine of growth for the next 2-3 phases of the company’s development.

You will:
💡 Experiment with a variety of growth tactics and channels (for example: content, resources, e-books, events, SEO, video, social, paid digital, print & outbound channels) measuring their impact and gathering successful initiatives into a comprehensive strategy for business development across the organisation

🌏 Devise and execute growth strategies and tactics with senior leadership, using technology to research and automate customer outreach in an Account-based Marketing Strategy that integrates closely with Sales.

🤝 Own, organise, and grow our business funnel. You’ll build relationships and trust with senior leaders at our key customers’ organisations.

You are:

• Experienced in super-charging growth at a rapidly growing and entrepreneurial organisation and have used a range of data-driven growth experiments to do so.
• Ambitious and driven, with a "growth" mindset that revels in the results of your work. You are analytical, creative in your approach to growth, and a problem-solver at heart. You are a self-directed leader.
• Empathetic, able to deeply understand our users, and genuinely excited about our product and mission. You have a strong desire to work at a high growth startup, where life can be fast-paced but where the stakes and rewards are many.
• Organised and diligent at information management, data and funnel analytics, and overall reporting - you see its value and wield it as a tool to help others understand.
• A relationship builder with excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen to our users carefully, to ask the right questions, to empathise with them and understand their point of view
• Tenacious - when something doesn't work, rather than getting disheartened you double down and relish in solving the problem. You work closely with others, collaborate and build meaningful and trusting relationships easily.

As a bonus, we’d love it if you had experience in:

• A fast-paced and product-based technology company (mobile or web)
• Products in the healthcare, video, event or live streaming spaces - it would be the cherry on the cake, but not essential.
